My biggest accomplishment today was cancelling my over-priced hosting account that I never really took advantage of. I have a way of finding expensive solutions to problems and this was probably one of the more flagrant examples. It had the obligatory questionnaire that followed the cancellation request but given that much of the fault was my own, I stayed away from:
- Extremely Dissatisfied
- Extremely Dissatisfied
- Extremely Dissatisfied
- Extremely Dissatisfied
The good news is my new hosting provider is considerably cheaper and quite user-friendly.
I also corralled the various e-mail accounts associated with the domain into Microsoft Outlook so I can watch all the random servers send junk mail through my domain. :/ More importantly, I can actually read what comes in through the contact page of the site.
The first strip is done, pencil-wise. I created framework templates for the second strip’s design and printed them out. After that I did some preliminary sketching on the first row of the strip (and mentally got over how much more work it’s going to be). This second strip is a lot more involved than the first, so it’ll be a good opportunity to start the aforementioned picking up of pace.
